Facebook acquired 10% shares in Reliance and signed an agreement with Jio Mart to provide the technology of Facebook’s child company, WhatsApp to connect small Kirana stores and customers in India. Place an order on JioMart.
The WhatsApp users can now place an order on JioMart from the areas of Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan.
How to Place an Order on JioMart
If you are from the Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan region then you can place an order through the JioMart WhatsApp order.
Save the JioMart number +918850008000 and send a ‘Hi’ to JioMart on WhatsApp.
This is a WhatsApp business account by JioMart who sends a link to the customer which is valid for only 30 minutes.
Customers can click on the link and fill in all the details like address, name and phone number. Then the list of available items will be available to select from the JioMart product catalogue.
After placing the order, JioMart will share the location of the closest Kirana store registered on JioMart. Customers can visit that store to pick the items that they have ordered.
Customers have to pay the payment through cash only but later other options will be available.
Once you placed the order on JioMart, You won’t get any option to cancel or modify the order. However, you can contact your JioMart Kirana for any modification before the final bill.
