The operation was initially serviceable in the Mumbai region but now it’s available in more than 200 cities across the country. If you have placed an order on Jio Mart but do not know the order status, delivery date and time then here’s how you can do JioMart order tracking.

The E-commerce platform JioMart allows customers to purchase groceries and daily essentials through its website. The Jiomart app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Customers can order the products online through their WhatsApp number if the WhatsApp service is available for their PIN code. After the announcement of Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook purchase a 10% share in Reliance Jio. Jiomart allowed its customers to place an order via WhatsApp number.

Here are the steps to follow to track your JioMart order status, delivery date and time.

Step 1: First, visit the JioMart website (www.jiomart.com) and then enter your PIN code to find out that this service is available in your city.

Step 2: If it’s available in your area then sign in to the website.

Step 3: Then, enter your mobile number and get the OTP.

Step 4: Then, enter all your details, such as email ID, name, password and phone number.

Step 5: After the successful registration to the website, Search for the item or product that you want to buy and add it to the cart.

Step 6: Click on the proceed button.

Step 7: Add the address and other details such as PIN code, and mobile number and save it.

Step 8: Make payment via wallets, net banking, debit, and credit cards.

Step 9: You will message from Jiomart that your order was placed.

Step 10: You can now check your account under which you will see the order, click on it to track your Jiomart order status and delivery date.

Note: As Jiomart is in its initial phase and due to coronavirus there may be a delay in delivery but products will be delivered within 48 hours.
